Fees:
My regular hourly rate is $190 an hour for individuals and $215 for couples.  Fees are charged per session based on a 50 minute session for an individual.  Fees can be different based on the length of session and type of session. I do have a sliding scale based on need as well.

Payment:
I accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and most others electronic methods. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

Insurance Panels:
Currently i am accepting patients on the Optum/United and Cigna panels. Insurance sessions are 45 minutes long because of the additional time that is required to bill the insurance and follow up with them on a variety of issues.

A few spots for people who have Anthem Blue Cross and Beacon insurance panels are available.

You may inquire with your insurance if your plan allows for reimbursement for out of network providers and in that case i can provide you with an invoice which will facilitate your reimbursement.  

I can also provide an invoice for you to get reimbursed through your Health Savings Account (HSA) .

Cancellation policy:
Please call, text or email 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment.  If I do not hear from you 24 hours in advance, or there is a “no show” to the appointment you will be charged a full session fee. This includes insurance clients as insurance companies do not pay for cancellations. Repeated cancelations, with no notice, will lead to termination.
