Fees:
My regular hourly rate is $190 an hour for individuals and $215 for couples.  Fees are charged per session based on a 50 minute session for an individual.  Fees can be different based on the length of session and type of session. I do have a sliding scale based on need as well.

Payment:
I accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and most others electronic methods. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

Insurance Panels:
Currently i am accepting patients on the Optum/United and Cigna panels only. Insurance sessions are 45 minutes long because of the additional time that is required to bill the insurance and follow up with them on a variety of issues.

You may inquire with your insurance if your plan allows for reimbursement for out of network providers and in that case i can provide you with an invoice which will facilitate your reimbursement.  

I can also provide an invoice for you to get reimbursed through your Health Savings Account (HSA) .

Cancellation policy:
Please call, text or email 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment.  If I do not hear from you 24 hours in advance, or there is a “no show” to the appointment you will be charged a full session fee. This includes insurance clients as insurance companies do not pay for cancellations. Repeated cancelations with no notice may lead to termination.
